About three weeks ago,TDT joined team Smoke and Mirrors for a follow up story by ABC News reporter John Thomas,about their team’s State Championship experience. We started off the day in St. Pete,at Tampa Technik,picking up our finished cart,which is a thing of shiny beauty! Then headed back to Odessa for a scrimmage date with Alonso High School’s Force Applied and team Smoke and Mirrors ,for a shared practice session before we [...] [...] Team Duct Tape and Force Applied at Middleton HHS Competition We’re delighted to report that Alonso High School’s FTC Team 3837,Force Applied,has won a lottery spot to the FTC State Championship Winning Alliance FTC World Championship! We’re really glad to be able to share the World Championship experience with our entire Winning Alliance teams the Florida State [...] [...] ABC News checks out FTC Robots ABC News reporter John Thomas visited with Smoke and Mirrors,Team Duct Tape and Minotaur today,getting some footage of our robots driving around and shooting balls. Team members from Smoke and Mirrors and TDT got a little air time with interviews,and we enjoyed getting a some driving practice [...] [...] TDT members had fun demonstrating their robot with Smoke and Mirrors and Minotaur at the FRC Regional this afternoon.
